Kathy Clark

Being a Charlestonian, the Charleston Lowcountry and its history has definitely played an important role in her life and art.
Her artistic abilities have developed from  a number of sources, including studies with  the Gibbes Museum, portrait artist  Elizabeth Bronson, landscape artists West Fraser, Mark Horton and Sue Stewart.  More recently, she has developed the ability to use a palette knife with the instruction of James Pratt.
Clark has received much recognition,  and most recently  awarded a first place ribbon for Picolo Spoleto Outdoor Art Exhibition.
Her art is represented in Charleston at the Charleston Artist Guild on Bay Street.
